Join the theatre community at the official kick-off party at the Art Garage on St. Claude, Wednesday, Nov 7, 10pm following the first night of performances.


This year InFringe will have it’s first ever kids programming! Two full days of family-friendly and kid-friendly shows all performing at Seelos Hall in the Bywater. Acts include the New Orleans Baby Doll Ladies, Adella Adella the Storyteller and Amber Zu the Conductor (Famous New Orleans local storyteller), and Goat in the Road’s Goat in the Schools, usually exclusively a school touring production. Individual tickets are $10, or buy a mini-pass and get 3 tickets for $25.

Shakesbeer: Romeo & Juliet is back! Goat in the Road’s 30 minute adaptation of the world’s most famous love story, set in a bar, will grace the halls of Parleaux Beer Lab during the New Orleans InFringe Fest. Part drinking game, part Shakespearean tragedy and every ticket comes with a free beer!

Featuring an all female cast of AshleyRose Bailey, Julie Dietz, and Lauren Malara, with direction by Mark Routhier.



MOMologues: The Mothers of all stories

Margeaux Fanning’s The MOMologues is a brutally honest monologue play comprised of all true stories from New Orleanian artists about being a mom, having a mom, and dealing with your mom. The monologues are joyful, inspiring, sad, and poignant. If you have ever known a mom, this show is for you!



Rockfire Theatre Presents: Sex Partners in Crime
by Jon Broder

A chance meeting at a sex party turns into love and murder for a hunky hitman and a thieving twunk. This dark new rom-com from Jon Broder (Fellatio: An Oral Discussion; Tyler With a “T”), will turn you on! Starring Matt Reed, Trey Ming, Mint Bryan & David Melerine.

Make Your Pet a Celebrity! And Four One-Act Plays
Written and directed by local playwright Sara Jacobelli

Four short plays set in New Orleans about confronting loss, finding love, and laughing at the vagaries of life: A laid-off chemical plant worker schemes to make his cat an Internet star. A mysterious older woman picks up a young drifter at the Greyhound bus station. A lonely widow befriends a young bartender in an Arabi Laundromat. Superman drops in to the Bywater library. And a fortyish party guy clinging to his youth meets an intriguing older gentleman in a French Quarter bar.

Wow Wee 2! Adventures of a Little Girl Killbot
by IRTE Theatre, NYC

The wildly popular NYC sketch troop IRTE come to NOLA with their 80’s sitcom inspired production. ANDIE THE ANDROID becomes part of the THE TRUMANS, America’s favorite TV family, and sparks fly when mom and dad mess with this mechanical moppet. All the while, THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END!

A tale of memory, loss and tea time told through circus and physical theater featuring nola artists: Glenna Broderic, Cody Hayman, and Dan Schap. This is the premiere production from New Orleans’s new company Circus Intelligence Agency. Live harp, aerial arts, and a moving story. Do not miss!

INVOCATION is a collaboration by writer/filmmaker Erik Bosse and writer/performance artist Laurie Dietrich, both based in New Orleans. This new, site-specific, enhanced story-telling project has been described as a live radio show, a literary concert, a psychedelic story-hour for grownups, even a series of waking dreams. Everyone will walk away with a different experience, and that is by design.
